Payments are processed automatically on the billing cycle selected (monthly or annually) using your chosen payment method.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on www.lockscout.co.za or by contacting us directly.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We do not charge any cancellation fees.
3. Refunds
As our services provide digital access to a directory / platform, we generally do not offer refunds for partial use or unused time.
However, we understand that exceptional situations arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error on our part (for example, double billing), please contact us within 7 days of noticing the issue. We will review and process valid refund claims promptly.
